Cancellation Policy

CONTACT: CW providers are independent contractors and should be contacted directly regarding inquiries and appointments. Provider Contact Info can be found on our ‘About’ page. Each stylist can be found on Instagram for more contact info and updates. —Messages sent to the salon email or phone number will not be considered direct contact—DO NOT email or text the salon, as that is not considered directly contacting your provider, no exceptions. Any correspondence to the salon will be instructed to contact your provider directly — Cards are required to be held on file for all clients. You will not be charged at the time of booking. LATE CLIENTS: If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, it is likely that your service will need to be cancelled/rescheduled at the discretion of your provider. This may result in a cancelation fee for the booked service. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an appointment, and are needing to cancel within 2 weeks of your scheduled service, please contact your provider DIRECTLY (info on ‘About’ page) -messages sent to Copper Willow will not be considered. DO NOT email or text the salon, as that is not considered directly contacting your provider, no exceptions. Any correspondence to the salon will be instructed to contact your provider directly.— Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a fee of 50-75% of the booked service (at stylists discretion). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee of 100% of the booked service. — NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not arrive for your appointment at all, you will be considered a NoCall/NoShow and the card on file will be charged 100% of the booked service. This will result in being prohibited from booking future appointments if the fee is not paid. REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS: We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions! If you feel that you need an adjustment made to your hair after you have left the salon, please let your provider know within 1 week of your appointment. Adjustments needed after this timeframe may result in another service charge. Adjustments may be made at the discretion of the provider.
